View courseMaking dua is one of the most personal acts in a Muslim woman's daily life. The Dua & Adhkar Course for Women & Sisters at Duha Quran Academy gives you the knowledge, the memorisation tools, and the confidence to call on Allah in the morning and evening, before sleep, after prayer, and throughout your day.
Whether you want to learn duas online from the beginning or have recited certain supplications for years without fully understanding them, this course takes you through the most important duas from the Quran and Sunnah in a private, all-female setting, with a qualified female teacher (Ustadhah).
6–9The Dua & Adhkar Course at Duha Quran Academy is a structured dua memorisation course that takes you through supplications drawn from the Quran and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
You learn the correct Arabic pronunciation of each supplication, its translation, the occasions on which it is said, and the etiquette of asking taught by Allah and His Messenger ﷺ.
There are many dua courses online. Duha Quran Academy's adhkar course is built around how a sister lives: around prayer times, children, household duties, and the private moments in between. Every supplication is taught with its source, meaning, and occasion, every session is taught by a female teacher, and the pace is set with you.
Every class is delivered by a qualified female teacher (Ustadhah) with experience teaching sisters. You study in a private setting where you can ask questions and revisit supplications as often as you need.
Every dua and Dhikr in this course is drawn from the Quran and authentic Hadith sources. Your teacher explains the source of each supplication as part of the lesson, so you know what you are reciting and why.
You choose when your sessions run — after Fajr, during a child's nap, or in the evening after the household has settled. Duha Quran Academy offers class times across multiple time zones so that when you learn duas online, the schedule fits around your life and not the other way around.
You do not only memorise Arabic sounds. Every supplication is taught with its translation and word-by-word meaning, so your understanding matches your words.
Each lesson is a private session between you and your Ustadhah, so the pace and the questions are yours.
From the first session, your teacher keeps a record of the duas you have memorised, the ones you are revising, and the ones ahead, so you always know where you are in the course.
One free trial class shows you more than a page of promises — bring a passage and leave with real corrections.
Book Free TrialThis adhkar course follows a clear sequence: from understanding what dua is and how it works, to memorising the essential supplications, to applying them in daily life. Each module builds on the one before it, and your teacher adjusts the pace to match yours.
You begin by understanding what dua is in Islam, the conditions and etiquette the Quran and Sunnah teach before and during asking, and common mistakes to avoid, such as rushing, skipping the praise of Allah before asking, or reciting with the mind elsewhere. By the end of Module 1, you can approach each supplication with clear intention and correct etiquette.
The second module covers the morning and evening Adhkar, the supplications from the Prophet ﷺ that form a believer's daily protection. You memorise each one in Arabic, learn its translation and significance, and begin building the habit of reciting them every day. The module also covers the most important duas for daily actions: waking, sleeping, eating, using the bathroom, and entering and leaving the home.
In this module you move to the Quranic supplications, the duas of the Prophets as preserved in the Quran, from the supplication of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) to the call of Yunus (peace be upon him) from the depths of the sea. You learn the context of each dua and how to bring it into your personal worship, connecting each supplication's Arabic words to the story behind it.
The final module covers the Adhkar said after the five daily prayers and the duas for specific circumstances: illness, worry, debt, seeking forgiveness, and making a difficult decision. You also learn Istikhara (the prayer and dua for seeking guidance) as it was taught by the Prophet ﷺ. By the end, you have an organised set of important duas you can recall when you need them.
Every outcome in this Dua & Adhkar Course for Women & Sisters is something you can demonstrate and use, not a topic you once heard about. When you complete the course at Duha Quran Academy, each of the following will be something you can do on your own, without notes, without second-guessing.
You can recite the morning and evening Adhkar covered in the course from memory, with correct Arabic pronunciation and an understanding of what each one means.
You can recognise the conditions and etiquette that support a dua and the habits that weaken it, such as rushing, neglecting the praise of Allah before asking, or asking while distracted.
You will have a clear way to share the duas you have learned with your children at home, because you know each supplication with its meaning and occasion.
You can choose the right supplication for moments of worry, gratitude, illness, or difficulty from an organised set of duas you have memorised.
You understand the meaning of each dua and Dhikr you memorise, word by word, so you know what you are saying when you call on Allah.
You leave with a personal Dhikr routine (morning, evening, after prayer, and for specific situations) planned around your own schedule.
